Wellness Built By Someone Like You
I was never an athlete so when something needed to change, I was lost. There were years of trial and error. 100 pounds lost, confidence gained. I figured it out so I could help others do the same.
What started as a way to change myself allowed me to actually create the version of me I had always wanted to meet. Movement was the medicine--a tool to cultivate confidence and connection.
My approach blends structure with joy: a program to push your limits but a reminder that wellness does not have to be that "serious" to be transformative. We are creating a lifelong practice that is not only about the goals we set but about the confidence you carry.

Shared movement sparks shared motivation. These two-person sessions will allow you and a partner to push each other, laugh through the grind and celebrate growth side-by-side. Everything is better--and stronger--together.

In groups of three or four, community creates accountability. Small groups, big energy and personalized attention that still feels intimate. Move, grow and thrive with a team that lifts you up.
Online Programming
Intentional and On-The-Go
MovingWithMad online programming gives you customized workouts you can do on your time and in your own space. Each plan is purposeful, progressive and aligned with your goals. You’ll get form notes and accountability check-ins to keep you moving with confidence. It’s flexible, effective and built to help you stay consistent wherever life takes you.

The program pricing is designed to be flexible and tailored to your specific needs. Please connect to get detailed information on pricing plans and packages.
Training Duration And Location
The duration of each session is approximately one hour that includes a warm-up and a cool-down. Customized intensity and skillsets are to ensure maximum effectiveness and results for each client. Training is located in the Dupont and Mt. Vernon Triangle FLEX spaces or as house calls.
Group Classes/Special Events
I do offer strength, circuit and dance cardio classes on as private or special events. You can also find me at local Barry's, Equinox or MINT locations. Currently, I do not offer MovingWithMad branded classes on a weekly basis.
